Exams for tubewell operators (Nalkoop Chalak) under Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) have been delayed due to paper leak. The exams were scheduled to happen today, September 2, on Sunday. However, after the Hindi paper of the test got leaked on Saturday, Lucknow District Judge informed that the papers have been delayed while the fresh dates will be announced soon. The new dates will be available on the official website - upsssc.gov.in.

Senior top-level manager of police, STF, Abhishek Singh said the arrested included five exams and six involved in leaking the paper. He further identified the first (or most important) school teacher, Sachin Chowdhary, as the (intelligent) director.

Abhishek Singh said Chowdhary used his connections to sell the leaked question paper for around Rs 7 lakh each. Police had laid out a plan to catch Chowdhary red-handed while he handed over the leaked question papers to the exam about 15 hours before the test.

Government people in charge were warned about the leak after the questions from the taken (and held) papers matched those in the real question papers, Singh said (after that), people in charge announced their decision to delay the examination.

Abhishek Singh said the STF team has also recovered around Rs 15 lakh, admit cards of examinees and over twelve mobile phones from the arrested people. Chowdhary is being questioned to find the source of the leak. According to the police, Chowdhary often made phone calls to clearly particular numbers over the past few days; police think Chowdhary was corresponding with those involved in leaking the questions. More sudden attacks are being managed and done to arrest the others involved in the racket.

The tubewell operator exam was scheduled for a total of 3,210 vacancies and nearly two lakh (people who want to achieve something) had applied for it. As soon as news of the exam being delayed broke, students began fighting against outside exam centers against the people in charge.
